Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, with no need to give a reason (right of withdrawal).

How to request a return

1. Write to us from the Contact page with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.
3. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us about the return.

Conditions

• For hygiene reasons, facial care devices must be returned unused, complete and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the product, we'll refund you within 14 days at most, using the same payment method you used.

Faulty products and warranty

All our products come with the legal guarantee required by consumer law. If your product arrives damaged or stops working, write to us with a photo or video and we'll fix it with a repair, replacement or refund.
