How long will my order take to arrive?
We prepare your order in 1–3 business days and you receive it in 7–14 business days, depending on the country. We'll email you the tracking number.
How often should I use it?
Ideally 3 to 5 times a week: 15–20 minutes with the BeautySkin LED Therapy 7 and about 10 minutes with the LUMILIFT. Consistency is key.
Can I use it with my creams and serums?
Yes. Apply your usual serum or cream before the session: it's part of your routine.
Is it safe? Who shouldn't use it?
These are home-use devices. They are not recommended during pregnancy, in case of epilepsy or photosensitivity, or with a pacemaker or other electronic implants (LUMILIFT). If in doubt, ask your dermatologist.
How do they charge?
Both charge via USB (cable included). The BeautySkin LED Therapy 7 is cordless: one charge lasts several sessions, so you can use it on the sofa or in bed, with no cables.
